p4444 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all other p4444 policies referenced herein.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p4444. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the p4444 platform, you confirm that you accept these terms unconditionally. This acceptance is recorded at the point of account registration and renewed each time you log in and continue using the platform.

p4444 recommends that all players read these terms fully before depositing funds. If you have questions about any clause, please contact our support team before proceeding. Ignorance of a specific term does not constitute grounds for an exception or dispute.

3Eligibility

To register and use a p4444 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p4444 does not permit minors to register, deposit, or gamble on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using p4444 complies with the laws of your location.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion at p4444 or under any responsible gaming restriction that prohibits your use of the platform.

4Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on p4444 at any time. If p4444 detects that the same individual has registered multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — all accounts except the first registered will be closed. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and promotional winnings generated through multiple accounts will be cancelled.

When registering your p4444 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. p4444 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Do not share your p4444 login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is treated as your own, regardless of who physically carried it out.

p4444 requires all players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID) and proof of address. KYC verification is required once per account unless your details change.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

p4444 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts typically process within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on p4444 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is offered on the platform.

p4444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. p4444 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

6Bonuses and Promotions

p4444 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. The general principles that apply to all p4444 bonuses are outlined below:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds, separate from real-money Balance, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the bonus offer. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account.
• p4444 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts, or coordinated bonus farming.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting p4444 support. This applies to all future promotional offers until the opt-out is reversed.
• Where a player has active Bonus Funds in their account, real-money Balance will be used first in all game wagers unless the player specifically selects Bonus Funds to apply.

p4444 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not retroactively affect players who have already accepted and begun fulfilling a bonus offer's wagering requirements.

7Game Rules and Casino Operations

All casino games on the p4444 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are publicly available on each game's information page.

Game outcomes are final once a game round is completed and confirmed. p4444 will not reverse a legitimate game result except in cases where a verified technical fault directly caused an incorrect outcome. In such cases, p4444 will restore the account balance to its pre-error state.

• All bets must be placed using available real-money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds. Bets cannot be placed with a zero or negative account balance.
• If a game disconnects during a live session, the round will complete on the server and the result will be updated in your account history upon reconnection. p4444 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game's interface. p4444 may adjust bet limits at any time without notice.
• Live dealer games operate under specific rules displayed within each live table. By joining a live dealer game, you accept those rules in full.

8Sports Betting Rules

The p4444 sportsbook covers football (soccer), PBA basketball, NBA, and various other sports and events. All sports bets at p4444 are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation is received.
• Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. PBA, UEFA, FIFA, NBA). p4444 is not responsible for errors in external data feeds used to display live scores.
• PBA and basketball bets — including moneyline, spread, and totals — are settled on the final official score including overtime, unless the specific market states "Regulation Only."
• Football bets are settled at 90 minutes plus referee stoppage time only, unless the market specifically includes extra time or penalty shootouts.
• If a match is abandoned before completion, bets may be voided at p4444's discretion unless sufficient play has occurred to determine the official result per the rules of the relevant governing body.
• p4444 reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or obvious pricing errors by the oddsmaking system.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out. If one leg is voided, the parlay continues with reduced legs and adjusted odds.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p4444 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and balances and winnings may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity details.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sportsbook betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in p4444's platform. Any such errors must be reported to p4444 support immediately.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or conduct arbitrage betting strategies that circumvent the intent of the platform's rules.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing minors to access or use your p4444 account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing p4444 staff or other players through any communication channel.

p4444 conducts regular account monitoring and fraud detection. Where suspicious activity is identified, p4444 may place a temporary hold on an account and request additional verification before normal operations resume.

10Account Suspension and Closure

p4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after being requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player through their bank or payment provider.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these terms, p4444 is not obligated to return funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to the player's misconduct, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following a standard review period.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting p4444 support. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours, and any eligible remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method.

11Responsible Gaming

p4444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We believe gambling should always remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm.

The p4444 name and associated marks are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of p4444 branding in any context — including domain names, social media accounts, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, p4444's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account balance at the time the relevant issue arose.

p4444 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

p4444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond p4444's reasonable control (including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions) may cause temporary unavailability. p4444 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

15Changes to Terms and Conditions

p4444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p4444 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the p4444 platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of p4444 are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which p4444 is licensed and operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and p4444, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. p4444's support team is available 24/7 and will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the relevant gaming regulatory authority in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified in p4444's operating licence.
